Motherwell started 2026 with a bang as the Steelmen brushed aside St Mirren in a bitterly cold encounter in Lanarkshire.

After a ten-year wait, and countless valiant attempts, Motherwell finally ended their 35 game winless streak against Celtic with a lesson given to Wilfried Nancy's schoolBhoys.

Motherwell come into the festive season on a high of four points from six against the Dundee sides. Our sixth clean sheet in a row (a record that dates back to 1996), the Steelmen are now undefeated in their last ten league matches. Up next, it's a jaunt into the blue half of Glasgow, with the first game of another city double header.

The Well were held to a frustratingly boring draw against Falkirk in midweek, and again it's a cluster of games in a matter of days for the Steelmen. After a smash-and-grab at the Spaghettihad, Motherwell look it to do the double over Davie Martindale's Livingston.

The Well travel to Falkirk hoping to make amends for the 2-1 loss suffered at Fir Park.
